1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and placing an order with GroupToolz, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the Terms of Service outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website, platform, and any email or other type of communication between you and GroupToolz.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services. GroupToolz reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and such changes will be communicated to users accordingly. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. Membership & Subscription Plans

GroupToolz offers multiple subscription plans, including monthly and long-term memberships, providing access to premium design, SEO, and AI tools at affordable rates.

• One Device per Account: By default, one device is provided per account. Additional device access can be purchased separately.
• Membership Upgrades: You can upgrade your membership within the first 7 days of purchase by contacting our support team. You will be required to pay the difference between plans.
• No Downgrades: Once a plan is purchased, it cannot be downgraded to a lower tier.
• No Auto-Renewal: We do not charge recurring fees. All transactions are initiated by the user. Memberships expire automatically, and users can choose to renew manually.

3. Billing & Payments

We accept payments in INR and USD depending on the user's location. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways:

• Razorpay — For INR payments (India)
• Stripe — For USD payments (International)

GroupToolz does not save any billing-related data. All payment information is handled securely by the respective payment gateway. In the case of any issues during checkout, users can contact our support team for assistance.

4. Services & Shared Access

GroupToolz provides shared access to premium tool accounts for design, SEO, and AI purposes. All accounts are officially purchased by GroupToolz, and access is distributed among users based on account limits.

• We ensure the security and integrity of all shared accounts.
• Tool availability may vary — tools may be marked as Active, Unstable, or Down depending on current performance.
• Some tools come with daily download or usage limits. Users are expected to work within these limits.
• Cloud-based tools require no extensions or additional setup.

GroupToolz reserves the right to change the price, validity, or availability of any service or tool at any time depending on the circumstances.

5. User Conduct & Community Rules

All users are expected to behave respectfully and adhere to the following rules:

• No abusive, offensive, or threatening language will be tolerated.
• No spamming on WhatsApp, Telegram, or live chat support.
• Use of VPNs or proxies on the platform is not allowed.
• Users must report bugs or issues to the support team promptly.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of reverse engineering, code theft, scraping, or misuse of tools will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

6. Account Suspension & Bans

GroupToolz has systems in place to detect account misuse. The following actions may result in account suspension or permanent ban without prior notification:

• Sharing your account credentials with other users.
• Multiple logins from the same IP address (using proxies or shared ISP) on the same day.
• Any activity that violates these Terms of Service or disrupts the platform's operation.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

GroupToolz follows a strict refund policy:

• Refunds will only be provided if our service is non-functional for more than 3 consecutive days.
• No refunds will be issued if your account is banned due to a violation of these terms.
• No refunds will be issued for unused service time or if tool usage limits are temporarily exhausted — you must wait until limits refresh.
• Since there is no auto-renewal, there is no need to cancel subscriptions. Memberships expire automatically.

Users are advised to carefully review their membership plan before purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All tools, content, branding, and platform code provided by GroupToolz are protected by intellectual property rights. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without explicit written permission from GroupToolz.

Any violation of intellectual property rights will be taken seriously and may result in legal action. DMCA complaints can be addressed to grouptoolz@gmail.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall GroupToolz or its team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to loss of data or profit — arising out of the use or inability to use the materials and services on this platform.

If your use of our services results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume all costs thereof. GroupToolz will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources.

11. Changes to Services & Terms

GroupToolz reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue any tool or service at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to change prices and revise the resource usage policy at any moment. Users will be informed of any significant changes to these terms.
